Wedding Vineyard, Cabernet Sauvignon The Wedding Vineyard graces a rocky south-facing slope of the hill in front of our winery. Planted in 1973 to commemorate Fred and Juelle Fisher's marriage, the vineyard is not only a prominent part of our secluded Mountain Estate, but also an integral part of our family's life. In the beginning the rugged terroir gave us a constant challenge with rootstock, vine and vintner fully stressed. However, over the years we have learned to work with the site and vines, which yield a meager production of 1 ton per acre of tiny, concentrated berries that create an intense, distinctive, mountain Cabernet Sauvignon
